THE DOCTORS AT MADISON & SARATOGA HEARING CENTER
Chris Raffo, Au.D.

Dr. Raffo is the owner of Madison & Saratoga Hearing Center and has been an Audiologist in the Capital Area since 1979. She received her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Florida in 2000. She has appeared in “Who’s Who of Professional Women” and served as a past President of the Capital Area Speech Language Hearing Association. Dr. Raffo is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Megan McGuire, Au.D.

Dr. McGuire joined our practice in 1998 and works in both the Albany and East Greenbush locations. She received her Master of Science in Audiology from Ithaca College in 1996. In 2000, she earned her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Florida. Dr. McGuire is a fellow of the American  Academy of Audiology.  

Meredith DeVaney, Au.D.

Dr. DeVaney joined our practice in 2007 and works in our Saratoga location. She received her Master of Science in Audiology from Northeastern University in 2005. In 2007, she received her Doctorate of Audiology from the Long Island Consortium program comprised of faculty from Adelphi University, Hofstra University,and St. John’s University. Dr. DeVaney is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Patrick Bergmann, Au.D.

Dr. Bergmann joined our practice in 2010 and works in our East Greenbush location. He received his Master of Communication Disorders from Hunter College in 2007. In 2009 he received his Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University. Dr. Bergmann is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.


Jessica Potter, Au.D.

Dr. Potter joined our practice in 2014 and works in our Saratoga location. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Language Pathology from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2010. In 2014, she received her Doctorate of Audiology from the Long Island Consortium, a program comprised of faculty from Adelphi University, Hofstra University, and St. John’s University. Dr. Potter is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. 

Kate Kawola, Au.D.

Dr. Kawola joined our practice in 2014 and works in all three of our office locations. She received her Bachelor of Science from Elmira College in 2008 and her Doctorate of Audiology from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2012. She is an adjunct Professor at the College of St. Rose. Dr. Kawola is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Eileen Matuck, Au.D.

Dr. Matuck joined our practice in 2015 and works in both the Albany and East Greenbush locations. She received her Bachelor of Science from the College of Saint Rose in 2011. She then attended the University of Pittsburgh where she received her Master of Arts degree in 2014 and her Doctorate of Audiology in 2015. Dr. Matuck is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Dara Kelly, Au.D.

Dr. Kelly joined our practice in 2016 and works in the Saratoga location.  She received her Bachelor of Science from State University of New York at New Paltz in 2009, following which she attended the University of Connecticut where she received her Doctorate of Audiology in 2015.  Dr. Kelly is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
